This is a Pacific Northwest Carnival Glass Club FISHERMAN’S Mug made by Fenton for the 1983 Convention.  Convention items were Handled Mugs with the color changing each year.  This one is Ice Blue with nice, subtle, pastel iridescence colors.  This is signed PAC. N.W. CARNIVAL G.C. 1983 in the base.
