Made by Summit Art Glass using Imperial’s LUSTRE ROSE Creamer mould in Purple Carnival.  This is the Creamer for the Table Set in Purple.  This is signed on the base IG V.  The V is for Vogelsong, owner of Summit…he hardly ever took the mark off of molds he acquired and seldom put his mark on them…since this one is Purple, an Imperial Color, it would be difficult to tell it is not Imperial’s with their mark on it.

This one is a Whimsey:  The Spout is not pulled down and out… on purpose or a mistake, I don’t know…you decide. This one has lots of BLUE iridescence with a smattering of magenta and yellow.

A really good pressing with a RIBBED interior.

Circa 1986+.
