TOUGH TO FIND IN AMETHYST!
This is a Dugan Carnival Glass flared flat bowl in the Five Hearts pattern! This is the only one one Samantha has owned in amethyst. It’s quite a pretty bowl too!
Gold/metallic rim outside of the pattern frames the pattern well… the pattern is where all of the action is! Great coloring here!!
The bowl is more like a plate as it is flared to a flat position atop that dome foot.
Definitely one of Dugan’s harder to find patterns – much less in amethyst!
*Slight shallow impact on the base as shown.
Made in the early 1900s.
