Buying Multiple Items – Shipping

Our cart does not have the capability to combine shipping. However, we want to be fair about shipping and discount where possible! As such, feel free to purchase the items and pay via Paypal. We will refund excess money paid on shipping wherever possible!

Paying via Check or Money Order

If you’d like to make a purchase using a check or money order, please Contact Us. Our shopping cart does not allow for holding an item to await these kinds of payments but we can do so manually.

Shipping Times

Shipping times will vary but we make every effort to ship the same or next day! We hate to wait and don’t want you to either! Although we will do our best, we do not guarantee that we will be able to ship that quickly nor do we guarantee delivery times.

Returns

We want all buyers to be happy with their purchases and encourage people to ask as many questions necessary before making a purchase. Our policy lasts 14 calendar (not business) days from the date our tracking indicates you’ve received the item. If you feel that you are entitled to a refund or exchange you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your purchase. If we receive timely notification we may at our discretion issue you a total or partial refund if the item is substantially not as described or visible in zoomed versions of our photos and not caused by damage in transit.

Antique glass can have manufacturing defects, bubbles, ash, burnt iridescence, pulled points, etc.  Manufacturing defects are not considered “damage” for purposes of a return.  Regardless, we endeavor to show you all features of an item in our photos so review them with scrutiny if manufacturing defects are of concern to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be received in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged in Transit

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.  You will be refunded after participating fully in the insurance claim. This may include but is not limited to: sending photos of damaged area, photos of packaging and signing a claims form and any other form required by insurance. Refund is contingent on participation; not outcome of claim. DO NOT throw away any packaging as this may compromise ability to refund. Thanks!
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable time.

Return Shipping

If you are approved for a return, you will be notified as to the address to which to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
