DUGAN BLUE WOOHOO!

Gotta love Dugan blue when you see it! This is a pretty rare piece. LARGE OVAL berry bowl in blue… typically seen in amethyst or even white or marigold… blue is most elusive.

First of all, this piece is super heavy so I apologize for the rotten photos… it’s tough to hold and I don’t have my photography indoor setup actually set up right now.

The iridescence is VERY COLORFUL! Name the color and it is here somewhere! AQUA, YELLOW, TEAL, PINK… name it! Some lighter spray or missed spray on some interior cherries. They are large, high relief, and this is well over 100 years old. I will add that even where there is missing coloring, blue glass shows through which is super cool so who cares.

You can see the scratching on this bowl.  Minor ones here and there. Some wear along the rim edge in some spots, so this is not perfect but again… it is OLD. One external cherry has a small nick on it as shown. Priced with the damage/manufacturing report in mind.

Overall, a tough to find, huge, tough color to find piece here.
