SUPER COOL & UNIQUE!
Here is a lamp made from an Orange Tree Orchard carnival glass pitcher! The pitcher was made by Fenton back in the early 1900s. Someone subsequently made it into a functioning lamp. It does work.
You can see where the handle was to be attached and there is now a lamp switch knob. There is a crack there and that either happened when it was being made or more likely the crack was there and that is why someone repurposed it.
Originally I thought this was Orange Tree Scroll – I mean there ARE scrolls there – but it isn’t.
There aren’t many cool lamps out there made from carnival glass so if you’re in the market for one, here is a neat one! Love when you can actually USE your antique glass!
Glass made in the early 1900s – lamp mod, unknown.
