This is a Pacific Northwest Carnival Glass Club FISHERMAN’S Mug made by Fenton for the 1986 Convention.  Convention items were Handled Mugs with the color changing each year.  This one is White Opal (Fenton calls it French Opal) with nice, subtle, pastel iridescence colors.  This is signed PAC. N.W. CARNIVAL G.C. 1986 in the base.
