TOO COOL!

Frank Fenton was a member of all the Carnival Glass Clubs and at Convention time, he would assist the clubs with the making of the Souvenir order for the annual convention.  Seacoast is one that was made in various years but always a different color! This is a vaseline opal in a pastel kind of color… more yellow to my eye!
