OOAK WHIMSEY!
Frank Fenton was a member of all the Carnival Glass Clubs and at Convention time, he would assist the clubs with the making of the Souvenir order for the annual convention. Most clubs have/had Whimseys made using the souvenir for the year to be sold at the Club Banquet as a fund raiser for the club. These Whimseys are almost always One of a Kind.
Frank had the rim Green Enameled to sell. This is dated on the base and has a paper label. You won’t find another Vaseline Opal Seacoast Spittoon with a Green Rim.
I use a small 5 LED UV Flashlight for the Blacklight photo(s).
