Gary Levi’s, Levay Glass got this mold from the LG Wright auction.  And, had this item made in several Colors by LE Smith and Mosser.

This color is by Mosser and is on an Aqua Glass with a nice, bright, Marigold spray and an Opalescent Rim.  This PONY Bowl has 6-ruffles and a Candy Ribbon Edge.

There are some areas on the bowl interior with “splotchy” iridescence.  This is a factory issue from the way it was sprayed or painted.
