Here is a wonderful piece of early carnival glass… unsigned, early Imperial Glass! The pattern is CLASSY and called “Columbia.” This typically comes in other shapes… a compote or a plate but HERE it’s been WHIMSIED into a FABULOUS vase!!
Everything about the shape of this vase is GORGEOUS!! The iridescence is COLORFUL, VIBRANT and just truly amazing! As I look at it right now, I see SO MUCH YELLOW, aqua, pink, indigo as well! Well done!
Check out the neat way the top is ruffled! Really quite a dignified vase!
