Do you have carnival glass that was made in India?! It is thought by some that this tumbler was likely made by Jain Glass Works but I don’t think there is catalogued evidence of this. However, it’s agreed by carnival glass researchers that the tumbler’s origin is India.  I have some Indian pieces and this one would be an excellent addition to your tumbler or carnival glass collection.  First look at the unusual shape of this!!

The pattern is called Australian Daisy (because it was originally found in Australia) and it has 4 divided panels of flowers around the tumbler.  The glass is clear where you’d drink from it and then is ombre to getting dark marigold at the bottom.

Really hard to capture the beauty of this one in photos but hopefully you can see it!! I’ve never seen one of these before.
