~GREAT COLOR ON THIS ONE~
Here is a lovely and rather scarce Northwood 6-ruffle PEACOCK AT THE FOUNTAIN Compote in Amethyst Glass. The exterior is a RIB type pattern and the Stem is HEARTS & FLOWERS. This has a beautiful, colorful interior.
This is above average iridescence on the interior based on the ones I have seen in this color. Look at all of those colors!! It is truly top of the line iridescence!
This compote has a small chip on the top of the foot at the edge. I have shown this in a photo of the top of the foot and the bottom of the foot in the last 2 photos.
Circa 1911.
~NO CRACKS~ but it has a small foot chip as I mentioned above.
