This came from a TOP NOTCH Northwood Ice carnival glass collector!
Some dirt in the glass near a couple of ruffles. An odd bubble inside the glass in the vase. Not burst and not easily shown in the photo.
Super well defined hobs along the bottom with neat formations throughout the vase! Shorter size for one of these!
