SUPER NICE WHITE OPAL WHIMSEY!
Don’t see this shape in this pattern very oftern. A very nicely formed Blue Opal Leaf & Beads Tri-corner Bowl or Candy Dish. This sits on 3 Twig Feet. Opal is good and symmetrical around the rim. Made from the same mould as the Rosebowl, Nut Dish and Candy Dish. Not much as to say about this beauty.
It is said that opalescent glass preceded the making of carnival glass.
One notch underneath a leg has a nick in it. Hard to see.
Made in the early 1900s.
