This is a Diamond Green Opalescent Swan that is signed on the bottom.
These come in many different colors and make a nice collection of a single item. I have always heard them called Salts or Master Salts…
Fenton acquired the Swan #4 mould in 1926. These swans begin showing up in Fenton cataloges in 30’s. I do not know how to tell the difference in a Fenton Swan and a Dugan Swan other than the Iridescence or The Diamond D mark. Oh, FYI, it does not glow under a Black Light.
