This, to me, this is Amethyst…however, the LEVAY Ad calls this PURPLE STRETCH. It has a pattern and is iridized, so it is also Carnival Glass. A crossover item. This is a Left HAND VASE. It was one of the items Gary Levi had made by Fenton in this color.
Made by Fenton Glass as a Special Order for the Levay Glass Co. As with most of the Levay items, this is a limited run item. There is a copy of the complete Levay flyer in John Walk’s, Fenton Made for Other Companies Book.
Circa late 1970’s.
