This is stunning! First note that Glen Thistlewood, famous carnival glass author and historian, painted this piece! Love the hearts and flowers! Her signature is on the back. Also note that Glen is the one who designed this pine pattern! Too cool right?! Did you know she was such a talented artist?!
This was made by Fenton Glass for the Woodsland World Wide Carnival Glass Association in 2001. You can see Fenton’s embossed markings.
Glass color is red and the iridescence is amazing! Superb crimping and JIP flip!
This is a fabulous piece! Numbered #1.
