This is Fenton’s VASELINE OPAL CARNIVAL glass Pastel Swan. And, it glows a Bright Neon Green under a Black Light.
These come in many different colors and make a nice collection of a single item. I have always heard them called Salts or Master Salts…
This is the same item that was made for the Southern California Carnival Glass Club in 2001, but does not have that description on the base only the Fenton 0 Logo.
Circa probably 2001.
