Here is a Contemporary Carnival Glass Cobalt Blue Plain & Simple Miniature Cruet by Charles Gibson.  This is signed ENCORE 1984 KC. MO. in the base.  This is a Cruet made for Dorothy’s Encore.  This one has blues, purple, magenta and a yellow color.  I believe that most of the Encore items are very limited.
