RIDE YOUR PONY
Gary Levi’s, Levay Glass got this Dugan mold from the LG Wright auction. And, had this item made in several Colors by Mosser.
This color is by Mosser and is a Marigold looking piece with a nice, bright, Marigold Iridescence. This PONY Plate is FLAT…as you can see in the photos.
In 2009-10, Gary had Mosser make some Plates and Bowls for him in various Colors and Iridescence treatments…they are all 1 of 1…he sold these test items at the Sunshine State Carnival Glass Convention from his room. When I got there, he had sold 1 to Tony & MJ, Pink Iridized Stretch, (which I bought from them a few years later and sold to Katie), I bought the rest of the Plates. There were 9 total—all different.
I have sold these over the years including this one. I bought it at an auction of JV’s Glass recently.
