Or at least the prancing horse figure does. This has the raised horse details and standing grass patterns on its exterior.
Carol’s Sure Win Horse Vase in Rose Opal is a Vase by virtue of its name. This was LE Smith pattern #20-R and was made, in a limited edition, for Mary Walrath’s, Cherished Glass Works. This is signed CGW in a Heart on the base.
Smith made a Toothpick Holder in this same pattern, however, it is only 3 1/2 inches high. Maybe this is a new mould made just for CGW. I do know that this Vase was made in a few more colors as well as Crystal & Milk, all limited.
