SUPER COOL!
I think this is a rare item in this rich, amber color. This was made by Fenton glass and it such a neat shape to it! To me it looks like a ladies spittoon. Pattern is referred to as small rib but I think many call it a smooth rays also.
Glass color is very rich amber.
Iridescence is very colorful! I can see pink, aqua, teal, peach, etc!
The crimping to make the ruffles is done very well!
I’ve only ever seen these in marigold… never amber.
Made in the early 1900s. (We think 1909.)
