This is a weird color but no surprise there. Fenton’s Dragon & Lotus bowls were made in the most colors! This bowl is a smokey color but it shows glints of powder blue so I am going with powder blue here.
The iridescence is colorful but sort of muted in a neat way… what a neat aura this bowl has really! You can tell from looking at it that it is an odd glass color. I mean it LOOKS smoke until you get those subtle glints from the rims of the feet.
Center has a lovely shine and is so golden with hot pinks!
Spatula footed so you don’t even need an easel! Tilt it on its feet and you are good to go!
Pretty and unusual! I purchased a D&L collection many many years ago. This collector was successful in putting together a near comprehensive collection of all of the shapes and colors. Impressive! It took him YEARS. You can buy all kinds of shapes and colors on our site now.
