SO RARE!
This is an odd one! Look at this vase! Pattern is Inverted Chevron kinda similar to Plume Panels (which was a Fenton pattern). However, one of my books says this is likely a Jefferson made item.
The vase has such an unusual top for this era. Usually you expect to see a ruffled or crimped top not one like this! This is ALL DRAMA! 11 3/8 inches high in the back and only 8 3/4 inches in the front… a great differential!
FIERY opalescence!
You just don’t see these. This is from my private collection.
No damage, but will point out a little embedded dirt from the dirty factory when made along a couple spots on the top rim.
Made in the early 1900s.
