Yes, this is a Northwood Peacock at the Fountain Water Tumbler. (We have a Dugan one in another listing). Northwood has unopened flower buds (footballs) on the tiara…Dugan has open flowers (Tulips) on the tiara.
This is a really nice Tumbler. It is not signed, but you can see the center circle where the N would be. Iridescence colors of Magenta, Blue, Yellow, Green and Bronze.
Made in the early 1911.
